This new home in North Warradyte, Victoria explores the richness of its natural context and connection to the Yarra River.

A desire for high performing sustainable solutions and a strong connection with the environment resulted in the adoption of “Passive Design Principles” which allows the home to operate with minimal assisted cooling and heating.

The spatial and materiality response was driven by the clients appreciation for mid century architecture referencing local icons such as Robin Boyd, Alistair Knox and David McGlashan
